Josette Bellan is a Senior Research Scientist at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and Visiting Associate, Mechanical and Civil Engineering Department, California Institute of Technology. The author of numerous publications, she is a Fellow of the ASME and AIAA. She holds A.E.A. and M.S. degrees from the University of Sciences, Paris and M.A., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Princeton University.
